Staying inside the home is the safest option during these challenging times. But you cannot stop time and the arrival of special occasions like birthdays anniversarys etc.
Generally, everyone loves to hang out with friends, have a party outside, order food from outside. In quarantine, all this seems like dream.
It’s a strange time – pubs, restaurants and shops are closed and we’re all social distancing.
But even the darkest cloud has a silver lining! You can enjoy your birthday even at this time of the coronavirus.
Bake cookies, cakes, etc whatever you want or love. It will be great fun to bake together with your loved ones.
The theatres are closed but you can still watch movies. On your special day, just watch all your favourite movies one after the other.
Have a conversation with your family members. You hardly get the time to see your family members and their day to day activities that they do all through the day. So, seize this opportunity and enjoy your family time.
You can play indoor games, if you have a karraoke you can have fun singing.
As I just turned 29, on 7th of April, it was my 1st birthday being as mother. It was aready very special, as this time it was not only me and my husband, there was our little one also to cherrish this moment.
Being at home we kept it very simple, spent time together, talked to my family and friends, checked the Facebook, watsapp update and status.
I just wanted to conclude here that i know there are many people staying home doing nothing on their special day, but they can make it more special by spending quality time with their loved ones, they can cook and setup a romantic dinner as well at home. I would like to share my my friends instagram page-kumaoni_soul you guys can follow her on instagram… she share alot ideas about decor, romantic setups, planting etc.
I believe this lockdown is changing us. Changing our thinking towards world, towards people, time, family and friends. This i can say because nowdays i feel more connected to everything around me, do you feel the same?…
